To help practitioners understand and prepare for these momentous changes, this session shall:

  • Provide an overview of the new Act and breakdown the more significant changes coming into effect;
  • Discuss specific areas of the Act which have caused concerns, such as seller disclosure, and the responses by government and the profession to same; and
  • Flag the issues which may impact compliance, including changes to forms, precedents and procedures
