Sally is the Managing Partner of Nicholes Family Lawyers and is considered a market leading family lawyer within Australia and internationally. Sally holds particular expertise in international disputes, complex property cases, and matters affecting the LGBTIQA+ community. Sally has been internationally recognised for her instrumental role in international child abduction matters, and for achieving meaningful outcomes in matters concerning gender dysphoria and special medical procedures affecting children.

Sally is Deputy Chair of the World Congress on Family Law and Children’s Rights, a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, a AFLAM member. Sally also sits on the Board of Children’s Rights International (CRI) and Voice of Change (VoC).
