About the Podcast

There are many situations in which a promise made by a now deceased testator can override the contents of a will – or at least lead to protracted disputes and litigation. In this program, Scott Whitla, Accredited Succession Lawyer, and partner of McCullough Robertson Lawyers in Brisbane will answer these very questions and explore how courts have dealt with such issues in recent cases.
