Good governance can only be achieved with an effective framework that successfully guides the Board and management through their legal and regulatory obligations. This framework is not static, and ongoing review is essential to meet changing regulatory and other circumstances. This session provides a guide for schools to ensure they are continuously meet their obligations through review and compliance, including:

  • The ACNC Governance Standards and the AICD NFP Governance Principles - setting out the roadmap

This includes helping new organisations get established, providing complex structuring advice, improving governance, resolving internal disputes and responding to ACNC investigations.

Having served on a number of Boards, Rebecca understands the competing priorities of modern governance. She regularly provides Board training and presents seminars and webinars to the For Purpose sector. Rebecca formerly practiced in commercial litigation.
