Allison has 30 years' experience as a lawyer and in business. With a broad commercial legal practice, Allison advises Lantern Legal’s clients in property, business, technology, estate planning, commercial leasing and corporate restructuring. Having attained a PhD in electronic evidence, Allison also provides niche advice on e.contracts, e.signatures, e.discovery and e.evidence.

Having practised in Queensland and New South Wales since her admission in 1993, Allison has also gained ‘hands-on’ experience in business. In 1999, Allison founded and ran e.law, a niche legal technology company for 17 years, which at its height employed over 300 people and generated over $16million in revenue. In 2014 Allison took over management of an industrial rope access company, which she positioned for sale and in 2016, founded Lantern Legal and at the same time co-founded Etosha Farms, an Angus cattle stud. Allison has also worked closely with business owners on strategy and vision.
