  • The tax rates that apply to the trustee of a TT if income is accumulated with the TT;
  • The CGT implications of a TT, including:
    • transferring assets from the deceased to a TT (PSLA 2003/12)
    • how the 50% CGT discount applies to TTs
  • Stamp duty considerations when transferring property in to or out of a TT;
