  • Changing vegetation legislation, the effect on purchasers and potential need for Special Conditions
  • Determining whether chemical contamination of land and/or water is a risk
  • Identifying livestock disease risks
  • Identifying and managing risks associated with plant diseases and pests
  • Land usage rights and easements affecting what your client can use their property for or what outside parties can do on their property
  • Requirements to control noxious weeds, animals and/or insects
  • Impermanence or restrictions on water entitlements
