- Changing vegetation legislation, the effect on purchasers and potential need for Special Conditions
- Determining whether chemical contamination of land and/or water is a risk
- Identifying livestock disease risks
- Identifying and managing risks associated with plant diseases and pests
- Land usage rights and easements affecting what your client can use their property for or what outside parties can do on their property
- Requirements to control noxious weeds, animals and/or insects
