Maggie holds the first hybrid role of Senior Associate and National Innovation Manager at Lander & Roger's Family & Relationship Law group in Sydney. In this unique role, she maintains her family law practice, advocating for clients in complex financial and parenting disputes, while driving initiatives to innovate and optimise legal processes and operations in the family law space, particularly through design thinking principles. She enjoys the challenge of exploring different ways to practice law.

Maggie has been practising exclusively in family law since 2017 and obtained her Certificate in the Fundamental Skills of Legal Project Management in 2022.
