Patrick Huang is a Senior Associate in Coleman Greig’s Taxation Advice team, having joined the firm as part of its 2019 integration with Argyle Lawyers.

With over 6 years’ experience as a taxation and commercial lawyer, Patrick has extensive experience in general commercial law, corporate governance, asset protection, tax and business structuring, tax controversy business succession planning and employment taxes matters. From advising clients on tax and business structures, employee share schemes, buy-sell agreements, contract review, capital raisings and M&A transactions, no day is the same.

Patrick has experience working for a wide array of clients which have included charities, professional services firms (including accountants and financial planners) high-net worth individuals, family groups and SMEs.
