An experienced and respected practitioner, Craig leads the litigation team of Potts Lawyers.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Business (International Business), Bachelor of Laws and a Masters of Laws majoring in commercial law. The focus of Craig’s post graduate study was civil litigation, dispute resolution and mediation. Craig is fully qualified to represent his clients in immigration matters, being a registered migration agent (MARN 1910298).

In 2000 he joined the predecessor firm of Potts Lawyers as an articled clerk, following which he was admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2002. From 2003 to mid-2008 Craig gained valuable experience working as a litigation lawyer at two of the largest litigation practices in Australia. He attained Senior Associate level at a top tier law firm, specialising in the fields of public and product liability, as well as professional indemnity and negligence.

Craig then returned to the Gold Coast to engage in the opportunity to be part of a more personable, agile law firm, and embark on the building of his litigation practice within Potts Lawyers.
