However, a key challenge can be managing roles which require flexibility, such as shift work, with casual and part time staff who have inflexible requirements. Employers are often left asking: ‘How can I lawfully gain flexibility out of inflexible staff?’ This session provides the answers:

  • Identifying inflexibility issues: family responsibilities, sick leave and absences, inability to work particular rosters
