Peter specialises in commercial and corporate disputes, investigations, inquiries and contentious matters. He has extensive experience advising and representing high profile companies, partnerships and individuals in relation to complex litigation, regulatory investigations and enforcement, as well as government inquiries and Royal Commissions.

Peter has practised in multiple jurisdictions in Australia and re-joined the firm in mid-2020 following four years’ litigating in one of New York’s premier litigation firms where his practice focused on multi-billion-dollar complex disputes involving some of America’s most prestigious companies.

Peter has a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Hons), Bachelor of Communications from the University of Technology Sydney and a Masters of Law and Management from the University of New South Wales.
